Wolf Sanctuary Spin and Tour

It’s been over 100 years since the last wild wolf was known to exist in Pennsylvania.

Just north of our Lititz shop, quietly secured on 80 acres of natural woodland, you’ll find the home of the Speedwell Wolves. Here, wolves who find themselves without a home in the natural world, have been given refuge for over 40 years.

We’ll drive by van to Speedwell Forge, where our bike tour begins. After a quick spin, we’ll arrive at the sanctuary for a public tour. We’ll see several packs of wolves, hear their stories, and learn about wolf conservation and biology. After our visit with the wolves, we’ll head off on our bikes to explore the surrounding area. Rolling farmland, Amish homesteads, and the Speedwell Lake are highlights of the ride.

Please arrive at Lititz Bikeworks no later than 9am.
